Growing up in North London during the vibrant hip hop and electro era of the 80s, Jamie’s early experiments in a makeshift studio set the stage for a career that would inspire countless international artists. With Bandulu, Jamie helped craft a unique sound that mixed dub reggae with Detroit techno and electro, capturing the attention of the club scene and festival circuits alike. Their debut album, Guidance (1992), and subsequent releases like Antimatters (1994), Cornerstone (1996), and Redemption (2002) cemented their role as innovators in the UK electronic music landscape.

Not one to rest on his laurels, Jamie also made waves as part of the Space DJz alongside Ben Long. Pioneering the art of four-deck DJing, they enthralled audiences worldwide with their innovative vinyl manipulations.
